In 2007 Mosgen Ltd. and TAA Albanus Ltd. employed 185 people, 100 of them in Hong Kong. All employees are very knowledgeable in sales, production and shipment. Quite a few of them are with the company for more than ten years.

Mosgen Ltd. is organized into three divisions. The General Administration, Finance and Human Resources division is under the management of Wanda Lee. Major responsibilities include financing, quality control and cost-effective shipping of the end products.

Ben Yau and Davy Siu are managing the two profit centers.

Ben Yau and his staff are focused on coordinates, swimwear, shirts, blouses, nightwear and sportswear, whereas Davy Siu and his textile experts concentrate on pants and jackets, underwear, kids' clothing and knitwear.

As the company's emphasis lies on work scheduling and controlling, staff members of both departments are focused on sourcing and selecting all components according to the quality standards of their European clients.

Choosing and controlling the subcontractors is equally important as regular on site visits.
